AI-Ready Organisation Programme

A four-tier AI literacy programme for organisations preparing for the EU AI Act and the practical realities of AI in daily work.

Why this matters

The clock is already running.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires every provider and deployer of AI systems in the EU to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. The obligation entered into force on 2 February 2025. Enforcement and penalties begin on 2 August 2026.

This applies to organisations of every size and sector — including those that don't build AI but use it. A team that uses Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or any other AI-powered tool falls under the obligation. Penalties for non-compliance under the broader Act can reach €7.5 million or 1.5% of global annual turnover.

The programme is built directly around the four AI literacy requirements set out by the European Commission. Every module maps to a specific requirement, and every delivery comes with documentation suitable for inspection.

For whom?

  • Corporate non-technical staff using AI tools in their daily work
  • Middle managers and team leaders responsible for AI-assisted output
  • HR and L&D leaders responsible for organisational AI literacy
  • Compliance officers and legal teams preparing for Article 4 enforcement
  • Public sector teams adopting AI tools in service delivery
  • Organisations across financial services, professional services, healthcare, and education

Learning outcomes

After completing the programme, participants will:

  • Understand what AI actually is — and what it isn't
  • Recognise the real risks around data, privacy, and AI hallucination
  • Prompt AI tools effectively for genuine work tasks
  • Understand the four EU AI Act literacy requirements and how they apply to their role
  • Identify where AI fits — and where it doesn't — in their team's work
  • Leave with a personal AI action plan they can apply the next day
